End-to-end design of the Automations feature at Tulip Interfaces (Q3 2023 – Q4 2024), working alongside 1 PM, 1 TPM, and 5 engineers.

Problem

Tulip users needed to execute logic without user interfaces — for tasks like alerts and ERP synchronization. Previously, they relied on complex, error-prone workarounds and built empty apps just to respond to events.

Key pain points identified:
